What Are Our Costs?
No sale or purchase is the same. Our fees are based on the value of the property, complexity and your requirements. Because of this, we can’t give you a reliable estimate of costs until we have the details of your proposed transaction.
Our conveyancing fees start from £1,100 plus VAT (excluding disbursements). Our average fee for a house purchase which does not have unexpected complications is circa £1,800 plus VAT.
