Michael has over 40 years experience in acting on purchases and sales of urban and country properties, together with associated matters in the nature of planning and drafting, revision and settlement of Leases.
Michael has twelve years experience as a Public Notary dealing with the making of a permanent record and verifying the authenticity of the matter as well as the attestation and authenticity of documents and their contents in mostly international transactions on behalf of commercial and private clients.
Advising on general affairs frequently in the capacity as trustee or executor.

1964 - 1970: Articled to Collyer-Bristow & Co.
1970 - 1971: Assistant Solicitor Francis & Crookenden.
1971 - 1975: Assistant Solicitor and Salaried Partner Trowers & Hamlins (Wimbledon office).
1975 - 1989: Partner Lake Ward & Co Wimbledon Village
1990 - 1995: Merged with Gregsons (Wimbledon) as Equity Partner running the Property Department.
1996 to date: Consultant with Gregsons.
1997: Notary Public.

Law Society, The Notaries Society, The Hurlingham Club and the MCC.
Interests:
Michael combines his loves of cricket, history and Dorset.
