Relevant Experience:
Edmund trained at Gregsons concentrating on all areas of contentious work. He specialised increasingly in the field of litigation until 1990 when he became the Managing Partner of the firm. Edmund then expanded into the field of company and commercial work and, in addition, has for some time advised on trusts, tax planning and other issues. Edmund has established a specialist department within Gregsons concentrating on all types of freehold and leasehold enfranchisement work.
Born and brought up in Wimbledon, Edmund was closely involved in the regeneration of the Merton Chamber of Commerce in the early 1990’s.
Career:
Edmund joined Gregsons as a trainee in 1975.
Memberships:
Law Society, CEDR Mediation, the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners and listed as a leasehold professional on the Leasehold Advisory Service website.
Interests:
Edmund is a keen cyclist who enjoys rugby (watching rather than playing these days) skiing and sailing.
Education:
BA (Hons) in Financial Control.
