Bina has 10 years experience in all aspects of Residential Property and specialises in sales, purchases, re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, transfer of equity, staircasing (purchase of the remaining share of a property), residential and commercial re financing, sub-division of land, deeds of easements, licences, lease extensions by private agreement, sale or purchase at auction.

Career:
After completing her training at Cunningtons Solicitors
in Braintree, Bina then went on to have a successful career as a Senior Associate at Colmans-ctts LLP Solicitors in Kingston upon Thames.  Bina joined Gregsons in November 2010 as Associate Solicitor working within our Residential Department.

Bina studied Business Law (LLB) and then completed the Legal Practice Course before qualifying as a Solicitor.
