Anne specialises in company and partnership law, to include acquisitions, disposals, takeovers, management buy-outs and re-structuring, company and partnership formations and can advise on and provide company secretarial services.  She also advises on all aspects of freehold and leasehold enfranchisement work.

Career:
Anne joined Gregsons in 1995 with a background in property and company and commercial law.  She has developed considerable skill and experience in her areas of law.

Memberships:
The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX), the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) and listed as a leasehold professional on the Leasehold Advisory Service website.
