Job Title: Property Paralegal

Gregsons is looking to recruit a Paralegal to work within their busy Property Team.


The role will involve: –

  • dealing with the opening of new files
  • conducting searches
  • liaising directly with clients
  • preparing and drafting legal documentation
  • assisting with exchange, completions and post completion work
  • assisting others within and out of the department.


The successful candidate will ideally be degree educated (or have relevant work experience), have worked in a Property Department, have excellent IT skills, strong attention to detail, be ambitious, a good team player with the ability to work autonomously.

Legal Assistant/Secretary

Main Responsibilities

  • To type correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing;
  • Prepare legal forms as required.
  • Review and proof read letters and documents.
  • Establish and maintain client files.
  • Make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain an up-to-date diary.
  • Provide support to other departments as required.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of the firm’s and clients’ documentation and    information.
  • Assist generally and undertake such other duties as may be required to  inc reception.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will:

  • be enthusiastic, with have some legal experience.
  • have excellent communication, organisational and typing skills.
  • a desire to learn and progress

Training can be provided.
